The village services are designed to make your stay simple, practical and enjoyable, allowing you to experience your holiday in total freedom, surrounded by nature and without giving up comfort.
MARKET
The on-site market at Villaggio Mare Verde is located in the village area, next to the restaurant, and is designed to provide everything you may need during your holiday, without having to leave the property.
You will find a wide selection of fresh products, groceries, drinks and personal care items, as well as products for children and useful beach items.
For guests travelling with their four-legged friends, the market also offers a selection of products for dogs, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay for the whole family.
BEACH SHUTTLE SERVICE
Bagno Elia in Mortelliccio – partnered beach
Villaggio Mare Verde offers its guests a free, convenient and comfortable shuttle service connecting the resort directly to its partnered beach establishment, Bagno Elia in Mortelliccio.
From May 23th to September 13th, thanks to the new agreement with Bagno Elia, 8 beach umbrellas are reserved for guests of Villaggio Mare Verde. Half of these are also available to families travelling with small dogs, providing an additional service for those who wish to enjoy a pet-friendly holiday.
The journey is approximately 2 km and is designed to provide a quick and pleasant transfer, allowing guests to start their day at the beach in complete relaxation.
The shuttle makes two convenient stops:
- one in the village area, directly in front of the restaurant
- one in the camping area, near the access gate to the Sterpaia Coastal Park
For the return journey, simply board the shuttle at the partnered beach stop and get off at either of the two stops within Villaggio Mare Verde.
The shuttle timetable is available at the shuttle stops and at reception; from September 1st, the service is available on request only.
Carlappiano public beach
For guests who prefer a public beach, a free shuttle service connects the resort directly to Carlappiano beach, approximately 1.5 km away.
The service operates from May 23rd to September 13th according to a fixed timetable, available at the shuttle stops and at reception.
The shuttle makes two stops within the resort: one in the village area and one in the camping area.
Carlappiano beach is not accessible to dogs.
SELF-SERVICE LAUNDRY
A coin-operated self-service laundry is available in the camping area, ideal for guests who wish to wash and dry their clothes quickly and conveniently during their stay.
Tokens can be purchased at the reception, where staff will also provide detergent free of charge and are always available for information or assistance.

BIKE RENTAL
A convenient bicycle rental service is available in the camping area, ideal for exploring the surrounding area in a practical, fun and eco-friendly way, or for moving easily within the village.
Various types of bicycles are available for adults and children. Staff are on hand to provide assistance with selection, delivery and minor repairs.

Villaggio Mare Verde is designed to make you feel at ease, just like at home, but with all the advantages of a holiday in Tuscany.
Our village, surrounded by greenery and just a short distance from the Sterpaia Coastal Park, is immersed in nature. To make your stay more pleasant, we carry out monthly mosquito control treatments.
To fully enjoy evenings outdoors, we recommend bringing mosquito coils or repellent sprays.
