Apartments
The masonry apartments feature an internal surface of 42 square metres and offer a private entrance, a living area with two double sofa beds or one double sofa bed and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, a hallway, a spacious double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The apartments can accommodate up to six guests, making them ideal for families or small groups.
Outside, each apartment offers a covered veranda of approximately 10 square metres, furnished with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. The accommodation is completed by a private garden of about 100 square metres and an adjacent parking space.

The bungalows consist of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer compartment, table and chairs, double sofa bed and TV.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with wall-mounted wardrobe and a small bedroom with two single beds and wall-mounted wardrobe.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bidet. Outside, each bungalow features a covered veranda with table and chairs for outdoor meals and a garden surrounded by greenery, ideal for relaxing after a day out.

The pitches equipped with a mobile home are designed for guests who enjoy outdoor living without giving up comfort and private facilities.
Each pitch has a total surface of 110 square metres and includes private bathroom facilities with shower, toilet and bidet, as well as a private kitchenette with gas burners, sink and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The mobile home is placed under a canopy and consists of two bedrooms with two beds each and a dinette or small hallway, in some cases equipped with a small sofa.
Each pitch also includes a private green area of about 20 square metres and an adjacent parking space.

Each pitch has a total surface of 110 square metres, with the bathroom facilities covering approximately 8 square metres.
Under the existing canopy, guests may place their own accommodation unit (tent, camper, caravan or mobile home). Wheeled vehicles must be approved and must not exceed a maximum length of 7 metres.

Camper Stop Area
The Camper Stop Area at Villaggio Mare Verde is designed for travellers touring by motorhome who are looking for a peaceful stop surrounded by nature, next to the Sterpaia Nature Park and just a few minutes from the sea.
Each pitch has a surface area of approximately 80 sqm. The rate includes a 24-hour reception service and the beach shuttle to Carlappiano.
The area is exclusively reserved for motorhomes and does not provide water, electricity or waste disposal connections. Guests may also purchase a Daily Services Pass to access the main facilities of Villaggio Mare Verde.

How to Reach the Camper Stop Area
Leave the SS1 at the Riotorto exit, then take the SP40 towards Piombino and continue until the turning for Carlappiano, following the dedicated signs.
The entrance to the Camper Stop Area is located at the second entrance to Villaggio Mare Verde, in the locality of Carlappiano. This is different from the resort’s main entrance, which is located in Campo al Fico along the SP40.
Important: do not stop at the main entrance of Villaggio Mare Verde. To reach the Camper Stop Area, continue along the SP40 until the Carlappiano junction and follow the dedicated signs.
